It's absolutely true and indeed in the Islamic book it is forbidden for Muslims to gamble because of the big effects it will have later in the information in the Qur'an. and I don't think the casino is wrong by celebrating Ramadan Day for Muslims, it's just a greeting. It has nothing to do with the prohibition of speech, and of course Muslims know the basis for each other's beliefs, therefore whether it is a person's right to gamble or not is not our business. they will be responsible for their actions
