Welcome to bitcointalk community, I so much admire your casino that I had to peruse your website to see things for myself. I noticed you do kyc because a a point I was able to see where it was stated that if an account is suspicious of transactions, it might get blocked and information of the account holder would be demanded which is a kyc procedure. Although you did not mention anything about KYC on your announcement thread here would you tell us your take on it it seems you do not request for kyc but you demand it if anything suspicious takes place?
Lastly, I had to access your deposit through your customer care which is a bot-run device, but I was not satisfied with what I saw there as I think the BTC withdrawal is on the high side.

We can all see it there for ourselves and to be frank, it is on the high side, maybe you could do a review on the minimum deposit so that gamblers could be free to deposit in your casino and play.
In regards to KYC: we provide basic KYC upon account creation including email verification & legal name/address. What you are referencing in regards to suspicious activity is simply that if that activity takes place (i.e. making duplicate accounts) we reserve the right to block your account and additional KYC would be needed to unblock the account. I assure you this is not a process that we've had to encounter too often! As far as deposit minimum, that amount Bitcoin is in relation to gas fee required by our payment processor - though you are absolutely right that we hope to be able to lower it in the future. Really appreciate the feedback, as we aim to make the best possible casino experience for users and part of that means constantly trying to iterate and improve our product!
Okay, it is now clear to me that you do KYC be it basic or whatever you call it and that is a step forward. I was wondering if using a VPN is advisable, although I did not really spot that on your terms and conditions, I was also curious to know about this aspect of your operational policy because there are some members too that would want to hear about it. Do you mind saying something about it if you care?
Lastly, with respect to the minimum deposit, I will still reiterate that your amount is on the high side it would be in your casino's interest to do something about it because that alone would make most gamblers who are not as wealthy though but would always want to try new casino not be able to try your casino because they would see your casino as too expensive for them and you should know that the competition is high here and other casinos are out there making things easier for themselves including deposit to be less affordable for all to try their features. I will advise you to look into this swiftly meanwhile I will try your features when I am okay and free to do so.
As an overall policy we don't operate in any grey markets for crypto casinos, so our product is restricted in the U.S., U.K., and Australia, for example.
On the minimum deposit, we completely understand where you're coming from! Appreciate the feedback and we hope you enjoy the casino in the meantime.

Welcome to the forum. I really like what you said about the KYC system. It is very important for casino sites. The KYC system seems to be the safest now because nowadays a lot of duplicate accounts are created randomly. It is possible to get a real account through the KYC system.
Anyway, I have a suggestion for you, the KYC system is good, and besides that, try to provide the best customer service, then you can gain someone's popularity.
