My advice, don't do anything that involves handling real money. If you're asking about this here, you aren't anywhere near the level you need to be in order to run an online casino.

Anyone who comes here and asks these questions about how to start their own casino clearly does not have done the basic reserach which takes to actually start to manage a real online casino and earn money from it. I think OP is really underestimating the amount of money and effort it requires to even begin from the very bottom and scale slowly until having a service worth of attention by gamblers.

Instead of randomly asking for help and information here in the forum he should hire people who already has experience within the world of casino development and allow them to do the rough work. Hopefully, OP has a couple of millions for him to start with his venture, otherwise he will have it uphill.
