To be fair sometimes a user needs to get harsh to get their point across because some dev teams can be stubborn too. It's hard to find the balance between being constructive and polite, especially if a change affects how you use a product. On the other hand, I believe a dev team needs to have the skill to understand criticism even if the message they got is quite rude. Well, at the end of the day time will tell whether the changes will be beneficial for the business and its user or not.
Well yeah finding the right balance between sustainability and user satisfaction is never easy and there will always be differing opinions on any update. I agree that dev teams should be open to feedback even when it's critical but at the same time maintaining the integrity of the system has to be the priority.
At the end of the day trust and long-term value are what matter most. No system will please 100% of users but as long as the team listens, evaluates and makes decisions with the bigger picture in mind that’s what counts.
Thanks for the raffle update wishing everyone good luck!
