I still don't understand. It was advertised that he was hiring users with a pay rate of $1 to $6.5 per post, and despite the campaign lasting one week, there is no data in the table about who wrote how many posts.

And no one with a pay rate higher than $3 was accepted into the campaign, but shasam was accepted, who issued a loan to this manager.
I had a look at the spreadsheet when it was first published, and the count of the number of posts seemed to be between columns C and M which were hidden. The manager seemed to be giving an extra $1 for each participant, probably because of the delay in distribution.

The manager seemed to be having some issues with this campaign, probably also related to the delay in the launch of the review campaign that was previously discussed. Because there were some things related to the manager's reputation that were being discussed on the reputation board.

Maybe Betkin representatives should find another manager to manage their campaign if they want to continue marketing on the forum. I'm sure if they saw what happened to their current campaign manager, they would not be satisfied.

According to the manager, they will start paying,

But I guess the damage has been done to his reputation and to the Betkin as well. Although they can get another reputable campaign manager if they will relaunch it, but if they want to be competitive, then it should run for many weeks and not just a week because it's really hard to gauge the effect of a signature campaign that short amount of time.
Not saying it's bad thing paying the campaign participants, for of course this is purely the right thing to do, but I feel very bad for the manager because him paying now is like giving someone medication after he has died, what he did has affected both his reputation and the reputation of this casino, but then like you said, the management of this casino (if any actually exist aside the campaign manager and maybe some of his friends) currently have the option of saving their self from the mess by stepping forward and hiring a more reputable marketing campaign manager to take over the marketing concerns of the casino.

I blame the manager himself for everything that has happened, and I hope he actually have learned his lesson, if only he paid his participants in due time, or maybe even few days after the campaign ended, all this wouldnt have happened, or perhaps he stepped out to let the campaign participants know there was going to be a bit of delay with the payment since he already knew the campaign funds wasn't with him anymore, participants would have exercised more patience and all this issues wouldn't have come up.
But then, the deed is done and I hope he recovers his reputation and do not make this same mistake in his future projects.
