This type of issue has arisen several times which is why several times several accusations have arisen and also several times they have had to pause their signature payment for on-time refilled and many times they were delayed several weeks and the campaign manager had no other options except to pause the campaign.

The only accusation I have seen about Bitvest is delay in payment and not others. And according to the recent comment from lightlord which I have said it time without number, that the withdrawal process is normal now though I don't know if you withdrawal was after the comment and it is still delaying.
And for every casino to become reputable, the withdrawal process must be smooth and clean and once that is done. There will be no complain on the casino anymore. Bitvest is that pace now.
