I guess you haven't been active in the forum or on this board long enough. Their casino has a recurring case of empty hot wallets that could remain empty for days or up to weeks which prevents a lot of their gambler from being able to withdraw, I am not sure if you'd consider that a "serious issue" but for me it is. that being said, I do hope lightlord have fixed that issue.

They have the funds, but it is just the ignorance or the lightlord may not have time to get those hot wallets filled in time. Yes, if gamblers don't get their withdrawal in time, they may get panic and never come back to the site after getting paid. However, Bitvest is one of the oldest casinos and those who are attached to it for a long time, understand all the issues and trust in Lightlord that he will always come back and resolve the wallets refill delays.

even with all that you mentioned, the recurrence of the empty hot wallet issue is not ok. sure, they do refill it in the end but their hot wallets being empty that could last for several days or even weeks is extremely unprofessional. anyway, as I mentioned before, I do hope lightlord has fixed that issue.

Agreed that from a gamblers perspective the recurrence in the hot wallet refilling delays is quite unprofessional but there could be some few factors leading to that recurrences which I should believe lightlord could be doing his best to see it becomes a thing of the past hopefully. I think Bitvest has earned some trust in the community and outside here and that's why those that have been using the platform for their gambling pleasure has continued to stick with the platform despite the challenges it's facing since they've constantly proven to always get things back on track after a little break.
