Their casino has a recurring case of empty hot wallets that could remain empty for days or up to weeks which prevents a lot of their gambler from being able to withdraw, I am not sure if you'd consider that a "serious issue" but for me it is. that being said, I do hope lightlord have fixed that issue.
They have the funds, but it is just the ignorance or the lightlord may not have time to get those hot wallets filled in time. Yes, if gamblers don't get their withdrawal in time, they may get panic and never come back to the site after getting paid. However, Bitvest is one of the oldest casinos and those who are attached to it for a long time, understand all the issues and trust in Lightlord that he will always come back and resolve the wallets refill delays.

even with all that you mentioned, the recurrence of the empty hot wallet issue is not ok. sure, they do refill it in the end but their hot wallets being empty that could last for several days or even weeks is extremely unprofessional. anyway, as I mentioned before, I do hope lightlord has fixed that issue.
For many times these issues exist hopefully they find better solution from those issues. Since its always good to please your gamblers and make them satisfied especially for their funds withdrawals. If there's another issues regarding with those matter then provably that many people will get disappointed with them again.
For sure lightlord knows what to do now especially that they already experience this troubles for many times and they receive a lots of complains also suggestion towards those issues happening on their casino. But still good to see them continuously running and always see that Bitcointalk is good venue to market their casino.
Bitvest as at this moment is in the right stand with it users and I don't think there's any complaints of such laid again ever since the previous, impatient and lack of understanding is one of the reasons some gamblers will think they were just being denied of making withdrawals, but they are leaving behind lot of vital information that need to be done before making such request, also, we should know that this issue of withdrawal is not happening for the first time even with other platforms, but at the end, they got resolved and everything moved on.
I have understand that when it comes to money, many gamblers are not always patient to wait for the casino they are using to review their claims or decisions whey they are having a late response in payment. I know people don't really like it when their money is delayed which could cause unnecessary panicking especially to those gamblers that don't joke with their money.
