There are many people who are not addicted to gambling in this forum, they gamble, but because the gamble responsibly, becoming addicted has been something that they have been able to avoid over the years. If you are interested in quitting gambling due to issues it is causing you in your life, think first of trying to go a day without gambling, then try a week and then a month. The smaller goals you set and achieve will make the bigger goals easier to achieve.
They said "something that you do not do after 21 days is non addiction" if a user can consecutively stay three weeks without gambling is a step to winning the gambling addictive behavior. It is not always easy to overcome such urge but a user had to decide to stop the silly act.

Again, be careful with what you do repeatedly, doing negative things everyday builds up the negative outcomes of your life, the same vice versa in doing positive things too. A word is enough for a wise.
