Social Media has now become a distraction to the society in general because unlike in the past when you see useful and educative contents but now, due to the monetization of various social media platforms, they have been flooded with nonsense contents that have no positive meaning just to get engagement from people when they view and like the videos they see and it pisses me off to log in my social media accounts and see that a lot of people have now become content creators posting comic videos that are senseless and have no ideal meaning to it. I don't have much time for social media platforms again except for Whatsapp that i use in chatting with people who i know and have their contacts.

Right from onset, social media are to educate people, help connect with old friends (like Facebook), get news, have fun through comedy and many more. Then social media monetization isn't known to everyone but today everyone want to make money through their social media with any content they make. Comics video are mostly common this days because it more easy to gain followers with it than educative video and moreover you can't give what you don't have. Only few people that are expert in their field can come online to educate people on it. Although comics video may be much but there are still some that are funny and educative. Some of this comic video still have it own usefulness especially when life get bored, this can be used to entertain oneself. To me, I do much of youtube than others. This is because you can easily search for any educative video you want and get it directly there.
