They would never get decent discussion if they don't do any changes since people would just continue to discuss those past situations happened here and for sure that there's nothing to gain if they tied up with negative reputation gain by their old manager. I don't know if the Betkin official representative could read what's happening here, but if they are aware of current troubles happening maybe best for them to bring some changes because they would never became successful in their current situation.
In my humble opinion and as I mentioned in my previous reply, BetKin bears no responsibility for what happened. They sent the funds to cover the campaign payments, so they obviously fully honored their part of the deal.
Can anyone confirm (or does anyone know) if OP is indeed part of the team, if he was appointed by the casino owners to represent them here, or if this account is owned by the campaign manager? His last login was two days ago, so they certainly know what’s going on, and it would be great if they addressed it.
