Very easy. Use gambling as a form of entertainment. Let me explain. People spend $200 to go to a sporting event or a concert to their favorite singer so whats the differemce if ypu take $200 to go to the casino to gamble with. Once ypu change ypur mindframe from "i habe to win to make money", to usijg gambling as a form of entertainment the days with losses arent so bad mentally and the stress behind gambling decreases.

people spend their money on what is convenient to them, you will see people that spend a lot of money but when looking at them they're having joy because it's what they wish catch up with...gambling is not everyone kind of entertainment likewise how clubbing is almost everyone kind of entertainment, so I believe that we have to understand that gambling is all about decisions, someone may spend $200 on gambling and when the person lose, the person will not feel remorse, because its what it choose to do, and they're some people who spend on their alcohol and also they don't feel remorse in any way.!

Agreed but its really just how you switch your mindset. Stress comes into play when ypu "need" to win from gambling. If thats the case then most likely you shouldnt be gambling in the first place. I was merely saying basically just gamble what you are willing to lose and then your stress levels will decrease. A lot of times people gamble money they cant afford and thats where most of the stress comes into play.

All matters on how you would really be able to accept it out because if you do see yourself that not wanting to lose money instead on having fun then it will really be that giving out that different things on what you have expected. How to avoid stress in gambling? DONT PLAY! If you do want to play then you should really be that accepting on what are the consequences that you will be able to face up specially on losing money.
