I am still puzzled on it but I'm sure that I won't be allowing my linkedin account to be used with any company that I don't have any control of it while it's hired. I think if you want to get someone to be hired by you guys, you should go directly to Linkedin and try this or there is some potential violation that will be found through whatever means and technique of marketing you're trying to do? I'm not sure but, I hope it's not sort of scam or malware related business.

Good luck, you can post them once you've paid them as that adds to proof that you're paying and you're relying to your payment terms. I think that after getting them paid, there will be some here that have tons of connections in linkedin that might just want to lend you their accounts to get paid while doing nothing.
