I don’t think any user will go back to try the same casino they were visiting in their country hoping to find their country removed from the ban list. The market is full of alternatives and it won’t be too difficult to find a suitable casino. I can understand what’s happening with otherworld that they are still in the beta testing phase meaning they want to launch the official version in line with international laws, but since they launched a signing campaign, the transition to marketing requires a full service product which seems to be a bit delayed with other shortcomings. The signing campaign will bring a lot of traffic most of which will find that they are from banned countries.

I don't know if they have displayed the banned countries here but it will be in their website but since many people can't open the site, there is no way to check the ban countries so if it is displayed here, those who can't check it from the site can see it and they can also say something about the remedy on the issue if it will be permanent or temporal.
That is one of the misconception signature campaign. It doesn't bring traffic instant but it is a gradual process and that is why when a signature campaign is short lived, the intented plan is also affected. But when it is long term it will bring the needed traffic gradually.

This casino is planning to partner with affiliate marketing professionals for a percentage of the revenue instead of funding a full marketing plan that was supposed to start with the signature campaign and we all know that affiliate marketing is not as effective as it used to be due to the high competition in the market. Do you think they will be able to keep the signature campaign running for a long time? Honestly, I doubt it.

It would be a good idea to publish the list of countries banned from using otherworld with regular updates to ensure that everyone can see the list and discuss the content. It is not only OP who can do this, but any volunteer users who have succeeded in not having their country on the banned list.
