Congratulations on 400 days. This thread has inspired many people. If even one person here is motivated to start training, then this thread has achieved its goal. I hope more members will come here and start training in the coming days.

I agree in this case because I really feel that with this challenge I started to be motivated even though I had previously intended to make my quality of life better with exercise and a healthy lifestyle but sometimes things like this are a little difficult to do but with this challenge I have another reason to be able to realize my goal which is to start a new pattern for my body Smiley

400 days is a long time but it's great that this thread lasted longer than expected and that's how I got to know this thread which is great for self-motivation.

Now there are still more than 40 who are still consistently on the floor (although there are also quite a lot of reserves Cheesy) but of course by looking at the interest we know that there could be many more people who will be motivated as time goes by.

Everyday whenever I feel too tired to go the next push, when my bones are weak and my joints quake; there some consistencies among some dedicated members that keep newbies and beginners going. 400 days is a whole lot of days to keep a streak, doing the same thing everyday over and over. @OgNasty have shown leadership by example which has helped sustain this thread. Most of us where not on this Forum before the thread was started, but at the point we joined, the zeal and dedication as seen here in addition to @Jayjuangee who has accumulated over 101k pushups has been a watchword for beginners.

Today is just my 94th day and I hope not to quit until I've got the numbers both in streak and in Push-up.
