It will be difficult for the Freebitcoin team to regain its former reputation, even though most users are quite patient and loyal.
As for TheQuin, it has been asked before, and CSFBC mentioned that TheQuin has other responsibilities under a different department, and that's why he supposedly doesn't participate in this forum anymore.
