I believe it all starts at home. If parents pay more attention to their children and their daily activities, such things won't happen. You are not a good parent if you are giving a mobile phone or any other electronic device to your child and leave it after that without having a look at what they do in it and what they are using it for. It's your responsibility to make sure that your children aren't involved in things that might affect their futures and their present.

The second mistake is from colleges and universities allowing students to use mobile phones inside educational buildings. If they prevent this from happening, the situation might change. I know that students can still do it outside, but that will at least allow them to focus on studies when they are in their classes.
