Ive been using rollbit for a few months, processed thousands in deposits and withdrawals, fully verified account up to level 4
Today support asked me to list my other rollbit accounts - but I never had any alternative rollbit accounts, used my account on basically daily basis for a while.
Any suggestion on how can I help them fix it quickly, Im sure its some sort of a bug on their end
Maybe try customer care support or raise a complaint in this forum (scam accusation board) or other platforms like casinoguru/ ask gamblers. Sometimes, the claims turn out as a false positive
If you are genuinely innocent. Fight for your money and try to prove that you are innocent. Maybe your account was false flagged.
Yeah, many have had similar issues which in the end, it turned out that the account was wrongly flagged.
And also worthy of note is the fact that sometimes, this whole accusation of the user operating more than one account may likely be coming from a bot that's been programmed to give such reply at any slightest slightest suspicion.
What I did suggest as well is, first step, do not take such accusation serious so you should not panic over it so long you are sure that you are innocent.
Secondly, proceed to creating a complaint about the issue in the scam accusation board, this will move the casino representative on this forum to react fast to the issue and see how it can be solved.
