If truly you predicted that Liverpool will lose against PSG then you really tried with your prediction. As for me I never saw it coming, because despite Liverpool poor performance in the first leg, they still managed to win at Paris, one will only believe that the second leg was going to be a much more easier affairs for them. Same way it was for Barcelona against Benfica. There were enough reasons for someone to believe that Liverpool were going to win. There was never a sign that Liverpool was going to lose at home. They weren't missing any of their important players before the match. They have been excellent in the league and in the champions league as well. Against all odds they won at Paris, so it was just expected that they would win or draw last night. I haven't seen Liverpool performed so poorly in their home for a long time now the way they did against PSG.
Sometimes UCL is brutal. Liverpool became one of the victims in this season's competition. Most people will not believe they lost and even at home, but we have to admit that PSG was much more prepared. Now Liverpool have two targets, the Premier League title and the EFL trophy, this is another proof for them to get it, if successful I think this achievement is also a good achievement for Arne's leadership in his first season.
I think the pressure Paris saint Germain gave them in their first leg really put them in a big fear and I am saying this based on experience, whenever my team went to play with another team and they pressured us, in the returning leg most of us will still have that mentality that they will pressure us even more in the returning leg and whenever you have developed this thought inside you everything will become hard for you and even things (skills) you know how to do before you won't be able to do them again. Yea there ony hope now is in EFL trophy and I am not sure if they will win it but for the premier league that one is certain.
