Dear Housebets,
I've read your official response, and while it sounds like a well-crafted attempt to deflect blame, the facts tell a completely different story.
1. Player ResponsibilityI agree that players should verify the legality of using a platform. However, you conveniently left out the part where I explicitly asked your support team before depositing if I could play from Portugal—and they confirmed that it was fine. Now, you’re suddenly changing your stance based on jurisdiction, which seems like nothing more than another excuse to cover up your fraudulent activities.
Proof of Evidence ---> It was 28 February 2025 in Portugal, in your country it should be around the same day definetly not 10 March
2. No Funds Were BlockedYour claim that I had no funds when my account was restricted is completely false. My account was restricted immediately after I requested a withdrawal, and there were still funds in my balance at that time. Saying otherwise is misleading and simply doesn’t match the timeline of events.
3. Attempted ExploitationAccusing me of trying to exploit your platform is absurd. I’ve played and lost money in good faith while engaging with your platform. The moment I tried to withdraw, my account was banned. This is a scam pattern, not an “exploitation.” If your platform were legitimate, why would you block withdrawals once a player requests them?
4. Account Restriction Based on JurisdictionProof of Evidence ---> https://i.ibb.co/SDY3dcDs/Screenshot-2025-03-09-231923.png
You were well aware of my location on February 28th, and my complaint is specifically about retrieving the funds I deposited after that date.
What’s even more suspicious is that despite knowing my location as of February 28th, you decided to close my account on March 10th,
It’s convenient that you suddenly restricted my account based on jurisdiction after I requested a withdrawal, especially when your support confirmed I could play from Portugal. As for the claim that I had a $0 balance when restricted—this is simply untrue, and you have not provided any evidence to support this claim.
Let’s be clear—Housebets and Bridge Technologies B.V. are trying to cover up their shady practices. The issue here isn’t about losing money in bets, it’s about having my account suddenly restricted and being unable to access my funds after making a legitimate withdrawal request.
I will continue to expose Housebets and its associated companies and CEO's fraudulent activities on every platform possible. This won’t end until my stolen funds are returned and until others are warned about this scam operation.
In summary, I’ve shown that on February 28th, you were aware of my nationality. All I ask is that you return the total amount of money deposited after that date, which is exactly: 7,505.93 USDC.
Housebets needs to post your betting history to determine if your balance was 0 or not.
