I don't think any single casino will offering you with the term you are ask, mostly transfer VIP is following their offers unless you really benefits them a lot or what type player you are.

I remember the first Metawin VIP transfer had no deposit requirement; they just needed to verify or tally the account you provided. Now, they require a deposit but that’s totally okay because, during the first VIP transfer they got scammed by those who took advantage of it. This way, it won’t happen again.
