IIRC, this is a long time scam attempt of Hitbtc ever since Elon Musk hype this token.

They intentionally lower the DOGE price to attract traders to deposit and purchase DOGE. But the catch is they suspended the withdrawal on DOGE for a long time so you can’t withdraw it and force to sell on lower price because the price spread so damn high.

Trader typically rush to buy when they saw the price is so low since it’s a very profitable arbitrage trading.
