Promoting sig campaigns doesn't change things because users can't avoid difficult days if they're short on cash. There aren't rules about ppl who don't need loans because every body needs to buy things & pay expenses but it isn't cool if they're asking multiple ppl for $5 or $10 at the same times.
I agree with you on this and when you ask for a loan from someone who doesn't know you on this platform via a PM sends a lot of messages. And if many others have complained of this same issue, I think the matter needs to be looked into.
I was also asked of a loan by him and I guess he was in dire need of the money that's why he kept sending at random depending on how many would respond but that doesn't make what he did look okay.
