Why not just continue posting from the current account you are using?

Also, you made the request to have ownership of your account changed several weeks ago, according to that post in Meta. Usually the team gets back to you with in a week to start with the account recovery process. If they haven't done it after all that time, then I think it's time to let it go.

The name, I like the name 'Phantom Cobra', I'd wait to start over, from that account, atm i don't have sufficient funds in my wallet, to initiate the transaction for removing IPBan.
