I went to log in and when I clicked on sports, the message "Sportsbook is not enabled for this account" appeared. I was shocked. I contacted them and they sent me the following message in the chat: "Please list the other accounts you have on Rollbit."
I do not have and have never had any other accounts other than this one. I have a balance of $668 USDT that I won playing sports and now I can't bet or withdraw.
I don't understand why you keep asking me to list other accounts when I don't have any.
