The dilemma which is destroying Pakistan cricket at the moment is nepotism. Shaheen Shah Afridi is only in team because his father in law Shahid Afridi has great influence in PCB. Another flop all rounder that has made his way back in team is Shadab Khan, his father in law Saqlain Mushtaq has done the lobbing for his return to team without any improvement in his performance. Rizwan and Babar are dropped but they will be back soon. PCB is only interested in making a team by shuffling old players and that's why new players are not given enough chances to prove themselves.

I agree with you that new players are not getting a chance in the team, PCB is adding the same old and old players to the team only because of influence of Pakistani selectors. Shaheen Shah Afridi has been a flop player for a long time, and as far as Shalab is concerned, his selection was not even in the team, but he has been made vice-captain of Pakistan T20 team. The Pakistan Cricket Board has become a very corrupt organization since Mohsin Naqvi took over the chairmanship of PCB. The Chairman of PCB, Mohsin, is a relative of the army chief, so he is only making selections based on his relationship, and they didn't improve basic instructions of Pakistan cricket. The thing to think about is that the head of Pakistan Cricket Board, Mohsin Naqvi, is holding three ministries, so how can he fix Pakistani cricket?
