What you must know is that where ever there is money there must be disagreement between two parties or entities just to make sure one gains more than the other for their selfish gain and interest, that could also leads to bribery & corruption, conflicts as you said but with good quality control towards one another base on their educational background they may control their interest of greed towards the money. For instance; taking example from my country Nigeria how we have bad leaders and they don't care for her citizens whether things are fair with them or but immediately they are sworn into Power as President, Governors or whatever position they may decides to be, it turns to self interest because there is money involved in that particular position so, greed shows up quickly.

Corruption is usually the root of most problems of every country. I believe this has long been the problem of most countries around the world since time immemorial. Now, it is on the people how they will strategize not to be affected by their corrupt government. They need to find a way how to survive and improve their economic status in life. As we put it this way, people have their own will where they want to go with their lives.

All the countries, i mean African countries that is undeveloped till date are the causes of corruption because of greed and if the countries reason like that US they would certainly developed because their will power is to make sure things works more better in the country, and i wonder why they don't want to really learn and take correction from those foreign countries, instead they flee to those countries to have good medical treatment and freshment leaving their countries undeveloped.
