Addon: I just checked your username and saw you are only 13 days with stake. First I thought it is a case of, you registered as a man and now you are a woman (or reverse) but obviously this is not the case when you registered 2 weeks ago. SO something must have happened during KYC you are not telling us.

One more thing, you shouldn't start your accusation with a lie though. "My account has been frozen for over two weeks now when I tried to withdraw my balance." is not true. Today is the 15th and you opened your account on the 2nd. Impossible to be over 2 weeks. Something seems very off here.

Yes, my math is off. I registered on the 2nd and had my withdraws denied on the 3rd, so almost 2 weeks of withdrawable funds.'
My gender, name, and appearance have changed. I have been thru several surgeries and hormone treatments.
The transphobia is Stake repeatedly refusing to acknowledge that my documents are real, just from before my transition.

So, I think that's on you.
I assume you entered your new name and sex when you made your stake account but sent an ID with your old name and sex. Of course they would suspend your account, what did you expect?? How can you think they would verify documents and don't fit the data you entered?
Get a new ID the represents your new identity and the problem is solved. I am amazed you even thought they would accept an old ID that contains totally different information.
