I believe that we will soon have a temporary ceasefire and possibly a permanent ceasefire and a complete end to the war.
Based on many articles and news that's coming up, Putin will force his demand to surrender territories that Putin claimed to be theirs, and they restrict Ukraine from joining a NATO, because, as long as Ukraine is not part of NATO, Ukraine is vulnerable to Russia's attack.
As LTU_btc said: Russia's conditions for ending the war remain unchanged, there is no way Russia will return the 4 provinces it is occupying to Ukraine.
Also, the cause of the conflict was Ukraine's determination to join NATO, so I think Ukraine will not be attacked in the future if they give up their intention to join NATO. This will definitely be mentioned in the agreement.
So this ceasefire is more in Putin's favor, and Zlensky is given no choice by Trump and Putin to yield to Putin's desire because Russia is fast advancing.
Russia has the upper hand on the battlefield, so this temporary ceasefire will also benefit Ukraine in consolidating its resources. But the ceasefire to end the war and bring lasting peace. There is no doubt, Ukraine will be the biggest loser.
We'll see the outcome of the meeting. I just hope it's something positive for both sides so we can stop this senseless killing.
The war will end because Ukraine has completed its mission this time.
After all: they are just pawns on the chessboard of the great powers.
