There have been layoffs from the tech companies, so that is a sign that the full-time jobs from these known companies are reducing their labor and workforce. It also means that the gig economy might be heavily affected by AI. They see that it's cost-effective and there won't be any union that can be built if they don't like the management. It's still going to be long way but we have to adapt with the changes and we can also use the AI technology as we have to prompt what we need to do in there to be productive.
