Where have you seen that please? Could you share us another case similar to this one from another casino? It's the first time I see such thing personally. And if it's true, they have absolutely no right to steal his money for this reason, as any other company. You blame the victim for having naively registered his new gender and first name instead of his former ones but what you'd say if they've freezed his account because a woman is appearing on the selfie while the gender and first name he gave are the ones of a man? You wouldn't blame him for having said to the casino he is a man while he is actually a woman now?

Naively, right. First of all, do we even know this story is true? Maybe this person used other credentials and now tries the changed gender route, people get very creative when it comes to tricking the system. Just saying it's a possibility.

Anyway, you can't use a wrong name nowhere. Imagine opening a back account with the name Francine but on your ID your name is Frank, that won't work. Same with airline tickets or anything else where you have to provide ID. Roll Eyes
