I do not really agree to this because inter has 64 points while Napoli has 61 points, that is just 3 points between them.

The 3 point difference is still thin and can be caught up by Napoli but you know Napoli does not have a busy schedule like Inter they only focus on the Serie A competition but they did not use this opportunity to maintain the top position that they previously occupied I see Napoli starting to be unstable approaching the end like this I don't know what their problem is even in their last match they were held to a draw by a team in the relegation zone.

The tight match schedule is not a problem, in fact it can grow much greater motivation to be able to get some trophies for a team as well as for Inter Milan this season who still have to share focus between Serie A and the Champion League and even this team is targeting to be able to win both.
Now the 3-point gap in the standings with Napoli is still possible to be pursued but in terms of quality it cannot be denied that Inter Milan is slightly better and the 2-goal victory over Atalanta last week is proof that the Inter Milan team must still be favored for them to be able to defend the Scudetto title.
