The defense must also be strengthened by Chelsea so that in the next season they can be much stronger because even though the front lines are good if the defense is weak enough there is no significant change that can be done.

Chelsea really needs a striker who has clinical finishing and it looks like that could be Osimhen. If Chelsea is really serious about signing him I think they will be able to make it happen because even though Napoli is asking a high price, it will not be difficult for Chelsea to provide the funds. Another option is Gyokeres, even though this striker does not have much experience on the European stage, but his performance is currently soaring and the price may not be as expensive as Osimhen.

Apart from the striker, Chelsea also needs to consider looking for a new attacking midfielder because from what I see they are very dependent on Cole Palmer, and when that player is injured, Chelsea's performance drops drastically.
