If there was a dream lifestyle before the win, we will see the gambling switch towards that dream which in turn will reflect on their behaviour. Behavioural change comes with responsibilities. If after a big win and all the gambler thinks is feeding their addiction then the lifestyle will remain the same, maybe the only noticeable difference might be in their appearance and skin but every other thing might just remain the same.

Emotional management starts even before making any attempt to gamble. Losses and winnings affect our emotions both positively and negatively. Even a win if not well managed can have negative impact, such that a winner might be motivated by their wins to gamble more and there by losing everything.

I agree with you. if one does not have the mindset to invest after making in gambling it is impossible to invest because investment is a longtime plan even before making. so a gambler who just made a big win in gambling without the investment mindset would always put mind and all targets in gambling, believing that money can always be made in gambling at all time. one of the most difficult thing for some people is to manage money made from gambling. no good plans on what to do with the money maybe it seems like a free money.

only someone that has a good understanding about investment would make good opportunity to invest money well that was won from gambling.

Someone who has good understand about investment are people who have been there up and down. Most gamblers are young men and if they are already rich, that means their money wasn't hard earned but from their parents business.

If a young person wins a large sum, he does have plans and maybe come back to gambling later when its all done. The addicted ones are the ones that comes back the day after he won.
