What makes a great leader?
1* Transparency.
2* Good reputations.
3* Honesty
4* Active
5* Public vision
6* Ability to solve problems
7* Well structured on creativity
8* Courage and consistency
Although the above qualities are definitely required to be a leader, if a leader is not altruistic, he can never be a good leader. Instant intelligence, the ability to control people, honesty and fairness are important qualities that a leader must possess. However, in our country, all the leaders who take on important responsibilities for the country lack any of the above qualities. Instead, they are preoccupied with how to misuse people's money and power.
It is unfortunate that our leaders of today's has lost the ego of reputations.
Once upon a time when political leaders were more interested of making good names than the desires of making more money because the possibilities of a political leaders to make good leaderships is usually when they have made their money off before holding the mantle of leadership so it comes to be that they are more interested of creating positive legacies that will be amiable for the future leaders to follow. Todays leaders has lost those qualities of leaderships.
