Op, did you talk them through forum PM or have you tried to reach them through their announcement thread? If not, then try to reach them through forum PM and talk to their announcement thread. Hope Rollbit will resolve your issue. Before taking any action, we need to hear from both parties.

Yes i've posted this accusation oh their thread, published also a complaint on casino guru and if this doesn't work i will have to try to reach their licensing authority.

And as far as Rollbit's reputation goes, it's going down the drain, i'm not the only one complaining, feel free to check other complaints here, they have been stacking up.
