This is a red flag for not using this service. If a card is blocked there should be a time frame to reopen it or if the owner contact the support team, things can be sort out but when you say it is blocked permanently and there will be no refunds. Guys using this service is at the owner's risk.
Your ToS can locked someone funds inside and frustrate the person for nothing so the best way is to stay away from your service to have peace of mind. I would have like to use an online store card to buy things and subscribe some movies channels to watch Action Movies and Indian Movies but you have already given me red flag from your content.

You can always open a bank account with your ID, complete KYC on Binance and convert your crypto to your physical card. This will ensure that your card is never blocked. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback!
