do you have any proof of this? because Steve say they sent you not one email but two emails asking you for an addy to send you your money. lying isn't gonna fly here, so please stop embarassing yourself and just go check your email, send them your address already.

Truth: When an account is self excluded, you can not have access to your balance. Thats the point. We sent 2 Emails requesting the players personal crypto wallet address to we could pay out the owing balance. 2 emails. We did not, and have still not received a crypto currency wallet address to send the customer his remaining funds.
tbh, sportsbet should consider changing how this works. instead of blocking access to everything, balance should be put in withdraw only mode.
i think that would be a better way to deal with closing self excluded accounts that still have balance.
