If the courts have gone through the process of making an order, it is probably reasonable to assume they would have sent emails to every exchange named in the document. The question related to how many were sent to the correct email addresses and how many were actually read by the intended recipients is a different matter altogether.

Such wording makes me wonder: how are all those who ended up with the stolen bitcoins supposed to know about the court order? In the case of an unlimited group of individuals and unidentified exchanges - it's clear that they simply can't. But what about eXch and the others?
