Definitely the best time to buy the DIP and HODL because after this resistance the price is forming now, the next move might be huge.

If bitcoin drops to $81k as philipma1957 predicts, it will not be the first time bitcoin has dropped to $81k this year, and it will not be a new thing to us if we see the price of bitcoin at $81k, so there's no best time to buy the dip because nobody can predict the lowest price bitcoin can drop to. If you are advising investors to buy the dip when bitcoin drops to $81k because you think that will be the lowest price bitcoin can drop to, you may be misleading them because bitcoin can drop below $81k. Trying to figure out the best time to buy the dip means that you have a target price you want bitcoin to drop to before you can buy the dip, and it can cause you not to buy the dip if bitcoin doesn't drop to that price. Any investor who is financially stable and interested in buying the dip should do it right away when a dip occurs without him or her waiting for bitcoin to dip more before he or she can utilize the opportunity.

If an investor has saved up for the dip before now and we've had a dip of 78k and he still didn't buy, waiting for the prices to continue dipping, I think he's in a wild gamble and he may end up not having that kind of dip he's anticipating. If the same investor keeps doing his regular DCA while expecting his imaginary dip, then I wouldn't have a problem with his actions, but if he just folds his hand and waits for the dip and yet he's far from his accumulation target, then he's becoming more of a trader who's seemingly timing the market to get in at an assumed good every point and he may end up disappointed and not buying at all and may later realize he wasted a lot of time being a speculator at a time he should have been accumulating Bitcoin and drawing near to his accumulation target.

Worse still, if he continues gambling on the price and Bitcoin price begins to surge again without retracing, he might be forced to buy at a higher price, or not at all and miss out on the chance to invest into Bitcoin especially now that we experienced a negative price correction.
