I think it's a good thing his market value dropped so it will be easier for the team to sign him. Chelsea are feeling the consequences of not signing Osimhen last summer. I belive other top clubs will go for Osimhen or even Chelsea might go back for him.

The news is that Osimhen is interested in joining a Premier League club. Either Chelsea will be interested again, or United who were previously interested in Osimhen. Or even Arsenal who are currently looking for a striker.
I believe Osimhen will leave Galatasaray after his loan contract ends and it all depends on the price agreement that will be offered to Napoli.

Victor Osimhen was in Galatasaray because he was having strong feeling to stay fit and good if he is going to stay at Napoli then surely things were not like he is having here at Galatasaray so he has done good job keep his words to stay here until end of season and also give his best which allow Turkish giants to keep trophy.

Now how things will be gone in coming season no one is clear mostly are talking after having updates from media Conte wants him to stay and play, but he is now set for leaving and having his new destination which could be Premier League. Most chances three clubs will be fight for him with his desire for Chelsea is also important but Arsenal and Manchester United are also preparing while Liverpool is also looking for replacement of Mohamed Salah who is having desire to leave after end of this season as free agent things are going to be interesting.
