Wow, thank's for the information! To tell you the truth, I noticed that p2pchange widget for crypto swap did not look like the design of the rest of their website. This whole situation made me a bit confused. At least I didn't lose my crypto and that's what important for me.

This is a problem with relying on third-party services, which rely on third-party services (not liquidity providers) as you will come across a lot of support team answers that may seem contradictory.
