Thanks to the prize given by Galactix.io (via icopress) for winning a raffle, I've played a little on the platform.
Same here.

I was also one of the winners in that raffle and received my prize yesterday. It was my first time playing on Galactix.io, and it was fun, to be honest. Although I lost most of my balance in sports betting, there is no shame in admitting that.

I also played some slots, Sweet Bonanza 1000, to be specific. The experience overall was good; I didn't face any lag or other issues with the game interface or even the sportsbook.
I would also like to thank @icopress, @inspace, and @Galactix for the contest and the reward.

I will participate in future contests as well, and hopefully win more rewards, hehe.

Congratulations to you both, I got stucked trying to participate and had to back out, I had difficulty navigating the contest and my bad for not asking questions!. Maybe I would have been a lucky winner as well.
I look forward to next contest before then I should have had enough experience on Galactix.io.
That's why sometimes live support is good because you get to interact with someone that's at the opposite end instead of getting answers from a system which will ofcourse tell you that it's definitely a case of what's programmed in it's system even if what you are complaining might be due to several other related or totally abstract reason itself. And just like you said , the casino will definitely not process a withdrawal if the case is of two accounts creation.
If there are bots and also live support it makes the work load even lighter and the quality of their services better. For less serious cases that can be handled without the help of live support, those bots can come in while for more complicated cases live support can now take it up fro where the bot stopped. Some casinos might not afford to employ much persons to sit and attend to customers complaints so having both will be more cost efficient and time saving.
