If Chelsea were really interested in Victor Osimhen, they would have paid whatever amount of money Napoli asked for, which would not be a problem for Chelsea. The Chelsea coach is focused on other strange players. I don't know what Chelsea want. The options for Victor Osimhen are few and I highly doubt that Manchester United will sign him, even if Victor Osimhen was interested, I don't see the Manchester United coach wanting Victor Osimhen, and it is more likely that Manchester United will sign Victor Gyokeres.

It is still unknown who Arsenal are really interested in signing as their striker for next season. A number of names have been mentioned in the past windows but it is still unclear who makes the top of the list and I doubt itbis Osimhen. Chelsea are making yet more moves regarding transfers, at this stage I expect to see experienced names coming in but obviously Maresca has strong believe in youths to achieve his goals with Chelsea.
