If Osimhen gets an offer from the best Premier League club Manchester United, Arsenal or Chelsea at the same time, it will be difficult for him to choose any club
It's not going to be any difficult for Victor Osimhen to pick a club of his choice amongst these 3 clubs. He will want to play at a club that's playing in the UCL next season, and Manchester United doesn't appear to have a good chance of playing in the UCL because they are not among the top four in the EPL, meanwhile Chelsea is at the top four though not stable enough but there's a possibility of them finishing in the top four which could be something to consider for Osimhen. But amongst these teams, Arsenal preferably is where Osimhen can have a brighter future than those others as he stands a chance of winning the EPL with Arsenal faster than in Chelsea or Manchester United.
It makes sense, I'm also pessimistic about Man United's chances of getting Osimhen because they won't be playing in the UCL next season (unless they manage to win the UEL trophy). Chelsea still have the possibility to get Osimhen because they are currently fighting to maintain their position in the UCL zone, they also have the resources to meet Napoli asking price.
Arsenal would also be a suitable place for him, but the only problem at the moment is that Napoli asking price is too high.
