How many times do I have to say that I didn’t receive a response after my account was closed? I wouldn’t be writing here if they had sent me an email asking for a withdrawal address. 

I only received an email asking for my address the next day, after I started posting about it in multiple places. And that was just one email. The next one, stating that they would process the withdrawal within two days, arrived the following day.
