You could of course have updated the OP with all current information.
I only received an email asking for my address the next day, after I started posting about it in multiple places. And that was just one email. The next one, stating that they would process the withdrawal within two days, arrived the following day.
Can you add a timeline to this? When did this happen, and does that mean they're currently processing your withdrawal request?
