There is what we call self-conviction. There is no amount of suggestions/advice you will give to an addicted gambler for him to quit gambling that will make him quit unless he has self-conviction or should I say self-realization. Addictions is something that is hard to deal with. Most people go to rehab and after some time, go back to do the same thing they were admitted for addiction.

Gambling is just like smoking and drinking. Immediately you become addicted, then it has become a problem. That is why is always better for one to control it early before it goes out of hand. Immediately you become addicted, you can only control it by yourself. Although it isn't easy but your self determination is the only key to help you out here.

Yes, is almost the same thing with smoking and drinking. Because anybody that is addicted to this Three things normally find it very difficult in quiting them, because though once they are addicted to it in such a way that they doesn't have control over it again it will becomes a habits to them. And the most annoying part of it is that there is no amount of advice that would to going change them from their decisions, if they don't realize themselves.

And this matter has a much negative impact on the current generation, nowadays most of the youth are involved in this type of addiction. Which is a very bad thing. They once took them just for the experience, but since then they have become addictive. And those who have weak self-control can never get out of this thing, because they do not even try to understand the right thing due to their addiction.
That's why before taking them one should first know about its harmful effects. If one can truly understand the effects of these things then they will try to stay away from this addiction as much as possible.
