Also flashscore uses 1/64 finals so Im assuming this is the same thing as R64 (?)

It is 4th round of the tournament she has to reach but she is free in first round. Meaning she has a match in 2nd and 3rd round. Top seeds are almost always free in first round, exception are Grand Slams and some smaller tournaments that want to be special.
