On my own perspective what I will be looking out for is not just on the final result, it's more of how he set's up his team and how they play, that's what will determine wether he is going to be a successful on the longer run or not, because the super eagles can win this two opposing team without doing much base on the quality of players at our disposal, but the team work and the system of play is what going to determine wether they will be a success on the longer run under his watch or not.
